Thriving Hearts is a 12 week support group that offers the ongoing encouragement and practical insights you’ve been needing! You’ll join others on the same journey, sharing discoveries and deepening your faith as you uncover fresh possibilities for healing. By bringing together Biblical truths and practical coping strategies, we create a space of spiritual renewal and personal growth that will help you flourish and embrace the abundant life awaiting you.

What You Can Expect

In Person & Online Gatherings

Each session explores key themes that ensure consistency, accountability, and deeper reflection in your healing journey.

Faith + Evidence-Based Strategies

Reinforce biblical truths and scientifically proven practices for tackling grief-related anxiety and panic along with other challenging issues.

Supportive Space

Experience authentic connections in a safe, non-judgmental group environment, where participants uplift and learn from one another’s stories and breakthroughs.

Included With Your Meetings

  • Weekly interactive sessions keep you motivated, engaged, and reminded you’re not alone. 

  • Tools and strategies that bridge spiritual principles with practical mental health approaches.

    All handouts and exercises are created specifically for this group to help you grow, heal, stay accountable, and reflect on your transformation as it happens.

  • All participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and adhere to the guidelines of the group to ensure safety is upheld to it’s highest standard.

  • $297 or 3 payments of $99.
